CONGRATULATIONS!
Our Girl's Under Twenty Volleyball Team are this years SSAF Champions. Congratulations to the team and coach Neil Cappilletti for a great season.

Skating Lessons
January started with our annual skating lessons for grades 1 and 2.

Ski & Snowboard Classes
Grades 3 to 8 started ski and snowboard classes in January. Some of the “expert” skiers found that it wasn’t so easy to snowboard as they thought! The grade 3 students started their first year of skiing, they have done really well but all the fresh air and exercise makes for a sleepy ride back to school

College Ski Day
The College Ski Day was a great success – the excitement was clear even before the group left. . High school teacher Keith Brooks seemed to have as much fun as he did when he took part in the ski program as a student at Wishing Well Schools. Carnival
Carnival was kicked off with our annual visit from Bonnhomme. After Mlle. McDonald ensured he was properly turned out Bonnhomme and friends paid a visit to the Casa Classes and gave everyone a treat. The Casa Students had prepared French songs and poems including his favorite song “Bonnhomme”!

Chinese New Year
Chinese New Year was celebrated with a special assembly. Parents and children were entertained with dances and songs celebrating the New Year. Several high school students helped organize the event and taught the younger children dances and songs. The assembly ended with everyone receiving a traditional “Lucky Envelope”.
Students from one of the Casa Classes had a Chinese Band and toured the Junior School
offering traditional New Year Treats.
